Nutrition Made Simple!

Milk of your choice
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder

Tropical Energizer
½ cup strawberries
2-3 chunks pineapple
1 kiwi
½ cup greek yogurt
orange juice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder


Juices

Green Goddess - Kale, Green grapes, cucumber, green apple

Energizer - Pineapple, orange, green apple, lime juice

Antioxidant Refresher - Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, mango
